Lock Your Narrative in 90 Minutes

One focused session. We find what’s not landing, fix the story, and rebuild your deck in real time.

Most founders figure this out after 10+ investor meetings.
We do it in one session.

Your Deck Isn't Telling Your Story

Most founders know their company inside out but can't articulate it in 10 slides. The result: VCs close the deck before they ever get to your traction.

WHAT VCS SEE NOW

Jargon-heavy descriptions that don't explain what you actually do. Traction buried on slide 11. A $50B TAM from Google. "We have no competition." A vague ask. No milestones. Mission statements nobody asked for.

WHAT VCS SEE AFTER THE SPRINT

A clear one-sentence description. Traction front and center by slide 4. Bottom-up market math. An honest competition table. A specific ask with milestones. A story that makes the VC want to forward your deck.

What You Get in 90 Minutes

This is not a review where I email you notes. We work together in real time. I share my screen, we rebuild your deck live, and you leave with a clear, rewritten deck and a story that works.

Narrative Teardown & Rebuild

I go through your deck slide by slide and tell you exactly what a VC is thinking at each one. Then we rebuild the story structure together — what goes where, what gets cut, what's missing. You leave with a narrative that flows.

Slide-Level Copy Edits

We rewrite the actual words on your slides. Headlines, descriptions, metric callouts, your ask. Not vague feedback like "make this clearer" — we write it together, on the call.

Traction Positioning

Most founders undersell their traction or bury it. I'll show you which numbers to lead with, how to frame early-stage metrics, and where they need to live in the deck to pass the 90-second scan.

Market Sizing Math

We build your bottom-up TAM together on the call. No more Statista screenshots. You'll have a defensible market number that shows VCs you've done the work.

VC Target List Strategy

I'll tell you which types of investors to target based on your stage, sector, and geography. Who to approach, how to find them, and what order to reach out. You leave with a targeting framework, not just a deck.

How It Works

1

Pick a time that works. Send me your current deck (or what you have so far) at least 24 hours before our session so I come prepared.

Book & Send Your Deck

2

90-Minute Live Session

We meet on Zoom. I share my screen, walk through your deck as a VC would, and we rebuild it together in real time. You talk, I type. We go slide by slide.

3

You Leave Ready to Send

By the end of the session, your narrative is locked, your slides have been rewritten, and you have a clear plan for who to send it to. You get the written notes within 24 hours.

Founders Who Locked Their Story

Vicki completely restructured our story. We went from zero responses to 8 meetings in 5 weeks.

A.M. - Seed stage founder, Edtech, $1.2M raised

P.P. - Pre-seed stage founder, Mental health, Acquired by Series B Competitor

“Vicki knows exactly what VCs want to see.”

K.S. - Seed stage founder, Sports tech, $2.2M raised

We were very fortunate to work with Vicki. Getting acquired would not have happened without her.”

P.B. - Pre-seed stage founder, Nuclear tech, Acquired by listed company

  • That works. Bring your idea, your notes, or even just a rough outline. We'll build the narrative structure from scratch and you'll leave with a clear slide-by-slide plan to execute.

  • This is not design work. It’s narrative and strategy: story clarity, slide priorities, targeting logic, and meeting conversion. If you need full build support, apply for BUILD or VIP.

  • Send whatever you have: deck draft, notes, traction metrics, product overview, and any investor feedback. If you’re early, we’ll use validation and proof points instead of revenue.

  • Usually within 1–2 weeks depending on calendar availability. If you’re on a tight runway, mention it when booking and we’ll prioritize if possible.

  • No. What I can do is materially improve what you control: deck narrative, targeting, outreach messaging, and pitch readiness—so you get higher-quality meetings and clearer investor responses.

  • Sometimes, where there’s strong fit (stage/traction/thesis). Intros are never guaranteed. The goal is to make your story convert in any investor conversation.

  • Reschedules are allowed with 24 notice. Because time is reserved and preparation is involved, refunds are typically not offered once a session is booked inside the notice window.

Stop Iterating. Lock It

90 minutes. One session. A deck that works

Most founders book this right before starting investor outreach.
